This is absolutely the moistest cornbread I have ever had since we have gone Gluten Free. Believe me I have tried alot! Even my own mixes and changing the ratio of liquid. I had officially given up on ever eating cornbread again!
I followed this recipe to the tee, I was running low on eggs so I substituted a banana for the egg, and it turned out very nice .
